By now, your New Year’s resolution has probably waned a bit, so Glass Onion’s timing with its new weekly Wednesday special Humpday Hamburger couldn’t be better.

After receiving several requests for his burger, almost daily, Chef Chris Stewart decided to start offering it on Wednesday night only. The burger will change from time to time depending on products available. But the basic “GO Humpday Hamburger” consists of three 3-ounce patties made from local grass-fed beef, topped with lettuce, tomato, and Dukes mayonnaise on a brioche bun from EVO craft bakery in Park Circle. It’s served with a dill pickle and Glass Onion’s hand-cut fries.

And while $12 for a hamburger and fries might not sound like that special of deal at first, it’s easy to see that this not just any burger.
